What is the first thing a customer should feel/see/smell when they arrive at your spa?
When customers arrive at our spa, they should immediately feel the "wow" factor. Our entrance is thoughtfully designed to be warm and inviting, with soft lighting, calming music, and the subtle, soothing aroma of essential oils. The atmosphere is crafted to evoke an instant sense of relaxation and luxury, marking the beginning of their escape from the outside world.
What is the typical customer experience at your spa?
Each day, we welcome a mixture of spa day and spa break guests. Whether they spend a few hours enjoying our thermal facilities or fully indulge in our dining options, treatments, and overnight stays at our hotel, every moment is designed to help them unwind. From the moment they arrive, our guests are given a journey map which has their schedule for the day. It includes a full map of our many facilities to ensure no one misses out on anything! For those having a luxury treatment, the journey continues in our tranquil relaxation room, allowing them to fully unwind afterward.
Which is your best-selling TEMPLESPA treatment and why?
Many of our guests seek a massage that leaves a lasting impression, and our most popular treatment is the TEMPLESPA "Drift Away" massage. It's a favourite for a reason - it combines a soothing blend of essential oils with deeply relaxing massage techniques, offering the perfect balance of tranquillity and rejuvenation. It ticks all the boxes!

Choosing a new brand for your spa is always a challenge. After exploring numerous other spas and product ranges, we found ourselves consistently returning to TEMPLESPA. Which is your personal favourite TEMPLESPA product/TEMPLESPA Treatment and why?
My go to product is the TRUFFLESQUE Hydrating Radiance Mask. It gives instant results making my skin brighter and more luminous, great for using before a night out! Therefore, it’s no surprise that my favourite spa treatment is the TEMPLESPA Champagne & Truffles Deluxe Facial. It is such a stunning treatment, and the facial massage leaves your skin feeling lifted and glowing.
What’s been the standout moment for your spa in 2024?
We’ve been working extremely hard to bring a £16 million extension to our existing spa facilities, and in August, we proudly opened our new doors. On top of that, we were honoured to receive the Good Spa Guide Award for “Best Hotel Spa 2024,” which truly validated all the hard work and dedication our staff members have poured into our business.
What is the one thing that you want your customer to remember and take away about your spa?
We want customers to leave with a lasting memory of how revitalised and refreshed they felt. Our goal is for them to depart not only physically rejuvenated but also mentally restored. We strive to ensure they carry with them the experience of true luxury and deep relaxation long after their visit.
